1, high voltage ignition leakage fire.

2, electrical appliances, switches, wire break fire
All electrical appliances, switches, and wires are as low as possible, but as long as there is a break, poor contact, and damage to the wire edge, there may be a jump in the iron. The common faults are: "broken skin" between the cable and the frame and the clamp due to vibration friction; Headlights, ignition switches and many other switch wires due to the steering device, the direction of the movement of friction, vibration, resulting in broken, poor contact, broken skin; The taillight and brake light wires are "broken" due to the impact and friction of the rear and fender. 3, electrical failure short circuit
The common rear brake lamp fails due to the sintering of contacts, and is used once for a long time, resulting in a large current burning through the wire and melting insulation, causing a large area of leakage, high temperature caused by paint, oil leakage and other flammable materials on fire. The key measures to prevent the occurrence of faults such as leakage and jump fire are as follows:
(1) Often check ignition switches, batteries, starting relays, motors, fuses and other large current electrical terminals, wire connections, insulation, etc., to correct the unreliable situation in a timely manner. Do not use large capacity fuse or copper wire.
(2) Often check the moving parts, frame, fuel tank, carburetor, do points and other paint parts, oil leakage parts, flammable materials around the wire, plug, switch, clamp, etc., whether there is "broken skin", poor contact, timely correct the bad state of the possible iron.
(3) Regularly check whether the insulation cover of the main cable and the branch wire is damaged, add insulation tape in time, pay special attention to the wire clip should not have sharp and sharp raw edges, and the fixed tightening should be appropriate, not too tight, and damage the insulation cover.
(4) Regularly check whether the connectors (or connectors) of electrical appliances, switches, lamp holders, and brake lamp switches are loose or fall off; Whether the wire has crossed lines or broken skin phenomenon, timely repair and maintenance.
Second, the leakage of fuel, the leakage of gasoline is the most terrible combustible, to prevent fuel leakage is very important.
1. Oil tank leaks
The seal of the tank cap is very important, especially in high temperature climates, which can easily produce a large amount of gasoline vapor leakage, especially when the tank is full of oil.
Check whether there is leakage at the tank switch, replace the gasket, and tighten the tank switch or oil filter cup according to the specified torque.
2, carburetor oil leakage
When the oil inlet needle valve is not tightly closed, or the oil level of the float chamber of the oil burner is too high, in the state of vibration, it will cause the carburetor oil line to spill.
The carburetor float chamber gasket is broken, or the screw is loose, will cause the float chamber oil leakage.
In a high temperature climate, gasoline in the carburetor float chamber will also be gasified and leaked.
3, shut down abuse of acceleration pump caused by leakage
If the acceleration pump is abused in the shutdown state, a lot of gasoline is injected into the carburetor throat and intake pipe, and the gasoline is quickly vaporized and leaked out in high temperature climates.
The carburetor in the shutdown state and the gasoline in the throat after vaporization are leaked to the frame, cushion and other Spaces through the float chamber vent, air filter or hose joint (there is a state of leakage). If there is a jump fire in this area, it can immediately spontaneously ignite.
Third, the parking position is improper, should pay attention to the parking position of the motorcycle, if the "burning environment" is good, and there is a jump fire, the most prone to spontaneous combustion of the motorcycle.

2. Airtight without ventilation
The motorcycle is parked in a closed and unventilated small room, especially in the boiler room, power distribution room, storage room, etc., if the internal temperature is too high, it will accelerate the volatilization of gasoline, and form "flammable gas" in a closed space. If an electrical appliance or wire appears to jump or other fire sources, it will burn undoubtedly.
