Some manufacturers will also specifically point out in the instruction manual that installing anti-fall blocks (balls) may cause more severe damage in certain crash scenarios than not installing them. So in principle, the protective effect of the bar guard is better than that of the anti-drop block (ball).

Subframe

The subframe is designed to enhance the overall rigidity of the vehicle body and improve the stability during cornering and braking. Therefore, it cannot be installed and used for the purpose of protecting the engine.
