The magnetic-electric mechanism of the motorcycle is regularly maintained and serviced. When disassembling the magnetic motor for maintenance, do not strike the rotor surface of the magnetic motor. Do not use a high-temperature stove for baking to prevent the rotor of the magnetic motor from demagnetizing. During cleaning, you can use a cloth or cotton thread, dipped in a little cleaning solution to clean the surface of the rotor magnetic poles, the surface of the stator core and the base, remove the dirt, and then quickly dry it. While cleaning, check whether the core and the coil are fixed reliably. If there is any looseness, immediately tighten it. If you find that the sealing ring is damaged and oil is leaking, you need to replace the new sealing ring.

 

 

It is necessary to measure the insulation of the coil regularly using a high-resistance multimeter. If the insulation on the surface of the coil is damaged, it can be treated with epoxy resin or insulating quick-drying paint and then dried. If there is looseness, it can be bonded with epoxy resin and then dried. If there is a desoldering phenomenon at the solder joints, they should be re-soldered firmly. During assembly, pay attention to adjusting the angle gap of the sensor, using a feeler gauge to adjust the angle gap of the sensor to be between 0.5 and 0.9 millimeters. After assembly, check if there is any change in the angle gap of the sensor. If there is a change, it needs to be adjusted.
