Responsibilities:

• Develop new overseas customers through exhibitions, B2B platforms and e-mail, and maintain existing accounts;
• Handle the whole order flow independently: inquiry, quotation, sampling, order, production, inspection, shipment and payment;
• Coordinate with factories, forwarders and customs brokers, and solve documentary and logistics problems;
• Keep customer files and order data in order, and review sales results regularly.

Requirements:

• College degree or above, major in international trade or business English preferred;
• Fluent in written and spoken English, able to communicate with overseas customers by phone and e-mail;
• Experience in foreign trade or cross-border e-commerce is preferred; outstanding fresh graduates are also welcome;
• Detail-oriented, proactive in communication and able to work under sales pressure.
