Responsibilities:

• Develop, evaluate and manage suppliers according to sales orders, and maintain an approved supplier list;
• Handle inquiry, price comparison and negotiation to control purchasing cost while keeping quality;
• Follow up production and delivery schedule, and deal with incoming material problems, returns and claims;
• Work with the shipping schedule to keep purchasing and delivery plans aligned.

Requirements:

• College degree or above, major in mechanics, supply chain or trade preferred;
• 2+ years of purchasing or order-following experience; familiar with mechanical spare parts is a plus;
• Skilled in Excel and ERP systems;
• Responsible, with good negotiation and cross-department coordination skills.
