Responsibilities:

• Carry out incoming inspection (IQC) and outgoing sampling inspection (OQC) according to drawings, samples and inspection standards;
• Record inspection data, issue inspection reports, and identify, isolate and report non-conforming products;
• Follow up corrective actions and re-inspection, and drive suppliers to improve incoming quality;
• Help maintain quality records and support customer audits and third-party inspections.

Requirements:

• Secondary specialized school degree or above, major in mechanics, mould or materials preferred;
• Able to read mechanical drawings and use calipers, micrometers and other common gauges;
• 1+ year of inspection experience on mechanical products; familiar with AQL sampling is a plus;
• Rigorous and principled, able to take responsibility for quality judgement.
