4, the same name parts do color marking
There are many namesake parts in the heat engine part of the multi-cylinder engine. Although these namesake parts look the same in structure, shape and size, the wear and deformation of the namesake parts can not be consistent after the motorcycle is used for a long time. As a cylinder of two exhaust valve wear is not consistent, if the two exhaust valve interchangeable assembly, exhaust valve and exhaust valve seat between the reliable seal. So, as far as possible, do not exchange parts of the same name. The parts of the same cylinder with the same name are painted, and the parts of the same name removed from different cylinders are placed separately.
5. Mark the timing of valve
The valve system of multi-cylinder engine is one of the most complex and critical systems of engine. The marking methods of valve timing are often different for different engines. The valve timing and ignition timing are coordinated and unified with each other. For models that are not very familiar with, before disassembly of valve mechanism, it is necessary to find out the meaning of valve timing and ignition timing marks and proofreading methods. If the marks are not on or ambiguous, remove them after marking them.
6. Loading requirements
After troubleshooting, load the car according to disassembly record, color marking, distribution timing and reverse order, ensure the sealing of engine cooling channel, oil channel, airway and sealing surface, clean scale, oil scale, carbon deposit, cooling channel, hydraulic brake pipeline air discharge clean.
