The parts with the same name of the same cylinder shall be colored and marked, and the parts with the same name removed from different cylinders shall be placed separately.


5, mark the valve timing


The distribution system of multi-cylinder engine is one of the most complex and critical systems of the engine. The marking methods of the distribution timing of different engines are often different, and the distribution timing and ignition timing are coordinated and unified. If any adjustment is wrong, the engine will not work normally. For not very familiar models, valve mechanism before disassembly, to explore clear valve timing and ignition timing mark meaning and proofreading method. If the mark is not on or unclear, make a mark and then disassemble it.



6. Loading requirements


After troubleshooting, the vehicle shall be loaded in reverse sequence according to dismantling records, coloring marks and valve timing. During assembly, the engine cooling channel, oil channel, airway and sealing surface shall be sealed, scale, oil scale and carbon deposit shall be cleaned, and air discharge in cooling channel and hydraulic brake pipeline shall be clean, etc.
