Abnormal shake in the direction: the thrust bearing clearance on the front fork riser is too large or the number of steel balls is not enough; The front shock absorber oil is insufficient or the shock absorber piston and other parts are worn; Wheel radial runout is too large, tire pressure is too high or too low; The inner tube of the front fork is bent and deformed.


Fuel supply device blockage: fuel switch blockage; Excessive fuel filter accumulation; Carburetor float chamber float trap.

It jitter at low speeds


When the motorcycle starts running at low speed or riding at low speed, the motorcycle body will shake seriously, which is mainly caused by the uncoordinated vibration of a certain operating part of the motorcycle. When the uncoordinated vibration frequency and amplitude are the same as the vibration frequency and amplitude of the motorcycle body, resonance will occur, and the amplitude of the motorcycle body will be multiplied. So that the motorcycle has serious vibration, that is, shake.


When the speed is high, there will be no resonance, and no jitter will occur. Generally, the fault is in the belt pulley of the motorcycle, should be picked up whether the belt pulley wear too much, whether there is too much dust, too much dust will make the belt pulley out of round, will also cause vibration.


It may also be that the belt pulley shoe is seriously worn, the spring is broken, and the shoe is not well matched, then it can be gently polished to make it fit well and move freely, if the spring is broken, you need to replace the new spring, because if the spring is broken or stuck, the shoe activity is not controlled, will produce uncoordinated movement, it will cause serious shaking of the motorcycle.
