Harley-davidson has unveiled its first electric bike, the Serial 1, with a modern, simple design that combines new-age electric technology. There are four versions of the product, with prices ranging from $3,799 to $5,599, or about 25,000 to 37,000 yuan.
Harley showed off the Serial 1 electric bike last year, attracting a lot of fans. The recently released production version is different from last year's concept car, with a sleeker, sleeker look. The fuselage is made of carbon fiber chain and the headlights are all LED. All models also standard with LED light source, Gates carbon fiber drive belt, detachable batteries and other equipment.
Among the four different versions of Serial 1, the entry MOSH and CTY models have a top speed of 32km/h and a maximum range of 168km. The top SPEED of the advanced RUSH and CTY SPEED models has been increased to 45km/h and the maximum mileage can reach 185km, which is longer than the average pure electric minicar. Serial 1 also offers Eco, Tour, Sport and Boost cycling modes, plus pedestrian-assisted features, which can be used in different scenarios.
With the emergence of new energy vehicles, more and more industries are developing towards new energy. Many more traditional bicycles and motorcycles are also beginning to embrace pure electric new energy. This Harley electric bike, while much more expensive than other brands, is probably the cheapest Harley available, and probably your first Harley.
Not long ago, BMW launched a pure electric motorcycle CE04, with a top speed of 120km/h and acceleration time from 0 to 50km/h of just 2.6s. At the same time, it also has a 130km range, support fast charging function. The BMW CE04 has particularly cool styling, but at $11,795, it's still pricey for the average consumer.
The Harley Serial 1 isn't cheap, either, but at $25,000, many people can handle it. And its longer battery life, even if no power can also step on the walk, in reality is widely promoted the use of more opportunities. It is not clear whether the product will be launched in China, do you want to buy it?
