According to the analysis of Li Bin, executive vice president of China Motorcycle Chamber of Commerce, in June, with the epidemic under control, the industrial chain basically recovered, China's motorcycle industry further stabilized and picked up, the production and sales volume increased for two consecutive months on month, although the year-on-year decline, but the decline was reduced month by month; It is worth mentioning that 125ml motorcycles, leisure and entertainment motorcycles with displacement of 250ml and above, which account for the largest market share, have recovered sales growth year-on-year and month-on-month; Displacement of more than 250ml recreational motorcycles continued the trend of rapid growth last year, the first half of the cumulative increase of about 50%. The production and sales of fuel motorcycles were 1.2565 million and 1.2579 million, with a month-on-month increase of 3.97% and 5.09%, and a year-on-year decrease of 7.45% and 7.14%. The production and sales of electric motorcycles were 751,000 and 782,600, with a month-on-month increase of 18.25% and 17.49%. Production and sales decreased by 10.64% and 8.57% year-on-year.

In terms of the proportion of the sales volume of each model in the total sales volume of two-wheeler, the straddle, pedal and bending beam three models accounted for 40.4%, 51.46% and 8.08% respectively.
In terms of displacement, from January to June, the production and sales of 50 series were 278,500 and 304,400, down 38.59% and 30.72% year-on-year; The production and sales of 110 series were 762,700 and 79.05, down 26.27% and 22.6% year-on-year; The production and sales of 125 series were 2,513,600 and 2,588,000, down 8.6% and 8.55% year-on-year; 150 series production and sales of 1.4704 million and 1.4722 million, down 18.1% and 17.93% year-on-year; The production and sales of 250 series were 651,300 and 664,800, up 0.31% and 0.94% year-on-year.
From January to June, the production and sales of regular three-wheeled motorcycles were 111.45 and 1,127,300, down 9.28% and 8.23% year-on-year. Among them, the production and sales of general freight tricycles were 892,500 and 904,500, down 18.7% and 16.97% year-on-year; The production and sales of ordinary passenger tricycles were 221,000 and 221,700, with year-on-year growth of 41.12% and 40.14%.
From January to June, the top ten enterprises (groups) of fuel motorcycle sales are Great Yangtze River, Longxin, Zongshen, New Continents Honda, Chongqing Decheng Wei, Wuyang-Honda, Luoyang North, Guangzhou Dayun, Qingqi Suzuki and Daye. It sold 972,200, 600,000, 491,500, 398,200, 342,700, 336,200, 302,600, 255,600, 211,000 and 206,700 units, respectively.
From January to June, the top ten enterprises (groups) of electric motorcycle sales are Yandi Technology Group, Zhejiang Luyuan, Dongguan Tailing, Jiangsu Xinri, Zongshen Group, Huaihai, Jinyi, Levo, Bushi New Energy, Longxin. It sold 2,382,000, 332,800, 315,200, 219,500, 150,700, 81,300, 57,300, 43,600, 39,000 and 28,400 units, respectively.
Export volume increased significantly month-on-month
In June, with the overall improvement of epidemic prevention and control in China and the effects of various policies to stabilize growth gradually appeared, China's motorcycle export gradually recovered, motorcycle export volume increased significantly from the previous month, and the year-on-year decline was reduced. China Motorcycle Chamber of Commerce believes that in the second half of the year, the impact of the epidemic on the industry will be further weakened, the cost and price of raw materials will gradually fall, the domestic good policy environment will continue, the production demand of enterprises will gradually improve, and China's motorcycle export will continue to recover.
In June, the export volume of motorcycle vehicles was 702,200, with a month-on-month increase of 10.01% and a year-on-year decrease of 7.74%; The value of exports was US $481 million, up 9.89% month on month and down 2.07% year on year. Among them, the export of two-wheeled motorcycles was 663,400, with a month-on-month increase of 10.79% and a year-on-year decrease of 7.2%; Exports of three-wheeled motorcycles were 38,800 units, down 1.9 percent month-on-month and 16.04 percent year-on-year.
From January to June, motorcycle manufacturers exported 3.52 billion US dollars, up 1.43% year on year. The volume of vehicle exports was 3.953 million, down 11.37% year on year; The export value was $2.76 billion, down 0.21 percent year on year. Motorcycle engine export 480,400 units, down 28.69% year on year; The export value was US $111 million, up 2.26% year on year. Atvs were exported to 203,700 units, down 17.39% year on year, and the export value was USD 479 million, up 15.63% year on year. The export value of motorcycle parts was $169 million, down 6.57% year on year.
From January to June, the top five series of varieties in export volume are: 125 series, 150 series, 110 series, 250 series and 50 series, exported 1,417,800, 949,700, 544,400, 428,000 and 174,400, respectively. The 125 series decreased by 3.86%, the 150 series decreased by 15.15%, the 110 series decreased by 20.96%, the 250 series increased by 4.47% and the 50 series decreased by 37.09%. From January to June, the above five series of varieties exported a total of 3,514,200 units, accounting for 94.7% of the total export of two-wheeled motorcycles. Three-wheeled motorcycles were exported 242,000 units, down 11.87 percent year on year.
